Daughters:
Please send a 250 word essay about the special relationship you share with your mother. Include how she has helped you succeed in your life. Also the important value system she has instilled you and the role model she has been to you. Share with us examples that have touched your life in becoming the woman you are today because of your mother!

Your mother's name address, phone number (both home and cell)
A favorite picture of you and your mom together (this will be posted on the website)

Each contestant will be entered in our monthly drawing for a free shirt.
We will choose 5 entries a quarter to be posted on our website.
At the end of May 2006, we will pick from the entries posted on our website, the final winner.
The winner's essay and picture will be posted on the home page of our website for one year.

2 plane tickets from where you live
hotel and living accomodations
applicable taxes of hotel
$200 spending money

Contest Rules:
All taxes for rental car, additional expenses of hotel (such as cable, room service, parking, phone calls) and meals will be the winner's expense.

The winner will need to be eligible to take the trip from one year after the winner is announced on our website.

The winner will be required to take her mother with her on the trip awarded. If her mother can not attend the trip, it will be the winner's reponsibilty to notify the company of another to replace her mother and the reason why her mother can not attend.
